How to treat acne scars?

Yes. Beta Carotene, Zinc & B6 will play a role in balancing progesterone and estrogen for women and regulating production of androgens (testosterone) for men. The same applies for teenage cystic acne.

What acne treatment do I take?

If you have severe acne, take the 5 months supply. This is the maximum dosage as you will have more of a vitamin deficiency. You will receive 7 bottles of 250 capsules, so 1750 capsules in total - enough to take 12 a day.

If you have mild acne, take the 3 months supply. You get enough to take 12 a day in each package, so your 3 months supply will last you 6 months as you'll only be taking 6 a day). Remember, 6 is for mild acne, 12 is for more severe acne.

No matter how severe your acne pimples are, take vitamin b6 and zinc
